On February 4, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev inspected Henan GX-mach’s 9000t/a stone paper project in Tashkent. Ganiev, the governor of Fergana, Uzbekistan, Niyazov, Chairman of Fergana Stone Paper Company, and other local government officials accompanied the President for the inspection.

During the visit, President Mirziyoyev learned about the process of stone paper production and inquired about the quality of the paper produced. President Mirziyoyev said: "This company is a revival of our historical tradition at the industrial level.”  

Stone paper is a kind of new environment-friendly material with waterproofness, noninflammability and degradability. Main raw materials of the product are calcium carbonate powder and polymer material. With granulating, blowing, casting, rolling and coating processes, white stone paper can be produced, and then books, magazines, handbags, environmentally decorative paper, environmental meal box, environmental table cloth and other products can be produced after printing, folding, binding, pasting and stamping. It complies with the trend of sustainable development, i.e. low carbon, environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction.
